This data protection declaration applies to the collection, processing and use of your personal data ("data processing") when using our website.

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. 3. Scope of data processing of personal data
We only collect and use the personal data of our users insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The personal data of our users is collected and used regularly only with the user's consent. 4. Legal basis for the processing of personal data
Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subjects for processing personal data, Art. 6 paragraph serves. 1 lit. a GDPR serves as the legal basis.

When processing personal data that is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to the processing operations required to carry out pre-contractual measures.

Insofar as processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. c GDPR serves as the legal basis.

If processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing.

5. Data deletion and storage period
Doktus processes and stores personal data of the data subject only for the period of time necessary to achieve the storage purpose. Storage can also take place if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other regulations to which the person responsible is subject. The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies or a storage period prescribed by the standards mentioned expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or performance of a contract.

The data is not transferred to third countries.

6. Collection of general data and information when using the website

6.1 The website doktus.de collects a series of general data and information each time the website is accessed by a data subject or an automated system. This general data and information is stored in the server's log files. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.

6.2 If you call up our website without entering any additional data on our website, the following data can be recorded:

(2) the operating system used by the user,

(3) the website from which the user accesses our website (so-called referrer),

(4) the sub-websites that are accessed by the user on our website,

6.3 When using this general data and information, doktus does not draw any conclusions about the person concerned. Rather, this information is needed to
(1) deliver the content of our website correctly,
(2) to optimize the content of our website and the advertising for it,
(3) to ensure the permanent functionality of our information technology systems and the technology of our website, as well as
(4) to provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for law enforcement in the event of a cyber attack. This anonymously collected data and information is therefore statistically evaluated on the one hand and with the aim of increasing data protection and data security in our company in order to ultimately ensure an optimal level of protection for the personal data we process. The anonymous data of the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by a data subject.

6.4 The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

6.5 The collection of the data for the provision of the website and the storage of the data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. There is consequently no possibility for the user to object.

7. Data processing when using our service form
There is a contact form on our website that can be used to contact us electronically. If a user takes advantage of this option, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and saved.

Purpose of data processing
Your data will only be used to process and answer the service requests you have made. The other personal data processed during the sending process serve to prevent misuse of the service form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. In this context, the data is not passed on to third parties.

Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of sending an email is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If the email request is directed towards the conclusion or processing of a contract, then an additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Duration of storage
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. For the personal data from the input mask of the contact form and those that were sent by email, this is the case when the respective service request of the user has ended. The matter is only ended when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been finally clarified.

Objection and removal option
The user has the possibility at any time to revoke his consent to the processing of personal data or to object to the use of his data transmitted by email. 8. Disclosure of data
The recipients of the data are public bodies that receive data based on legal regulations (e.g. social security institutions, financial authorities), internal bodies that are involved in the execution of the respective business processes (personnel management, accounting, banking institutions / payment service providers, accounting, customer service, marketing, sales), in the case of shipping products to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us, contractual partner, business partner insofar as the legal provisions require or allow it.

MaDoe-Management GmbH also carries out data processing via external service providers.
These external service providers are carefully selected by MaDoe-Management GmbH and commissioned in writing on the basis of an “order processing contract” in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. The external service providers engaged for data processing are bound by the instructions from MaDoe-Management GmbH and are regularly checked by them with regard to compliance with data protection and data security.
The external service providers are not authorized to pass on the data to third parties.
These service providers are based within the European Union.
MaDoe-Management GmbH discloses personal data for law enforcement or to other government authorities if it is legally obliged to do so or if this is necessary to prevent, detect or prosecute criminal offenses.

9. Your rights
Right to information
According to Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to request confirmation as to whether the data in question are being processed and for information about this data as well as further information and copies of the data.

Right to correct inaccurate data or to complete it
According to Art. 16 GDPR you have the right to request the completion of the data concerning you or the correction of the incorrect data concerning you.

Right to deletion and restriction
According to Art. 17 GDPR, you have the right to request that the data in question be deleted immediately or, alternatively, to demand that the processing of the data be restricted in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR.

Right to be informed of all recipients
If you have exercised your right to correction, deletion or restriction of processing against us, you have the right to inform all recipients in accordance with Art. 19 GDPR. As the person responsible, we will inform all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you have been disclosed of this correction or deletion of the data or restriction of processing, unless this proves to be impossible or is associated with a disproportionate effort.

Right to data portability
In accordance with Art. 20, you have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another person responsible, insofar as this is technically feasible.

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

11. Cookies
For technical reasons, the DOKTUS website uses so-called cookies, which are stored on the customer's computer. These are used to assign the customer's session and are required for the shopping cart function and the ordering process. The customer must allow cookies on the browser side in order to be able to use the website fully. The information contained in the cookies cannot be used by third parties to identify the customer.

13. Use of Google Adwords conversion tracking
This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).
As part of Google AdWords, we use so-called conversion tracking. If you click on an advertisement placed by Google, a cookie for the conversion tracking is set. Cookies are small text files that the Internet browser places on the user's computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used to personally identify users. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.

Every Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked through the websites of AdWords customers.
